Bejeweled Series by Popcap are unbelievably addictive. Bejeweled 3 has enjoyable graphics and Bejeweled Twist has enjoyable mechaincs. If we mix them together, we get a brand new Bejeweled Puzzle game! Bejeweled Hurricane is even MORE than that! Exciting chain system and challenging levels, you cannot miss it.

Background
Talking about puzzle games, Bejeweled Series cannot be omitted. Bejeweled 3 is an excellent work in graphics and audio. Bejeweled Twist is an excellent work in mechanics. After playing a mini-game called 'Beghouled Twist', I realized the possibility of mixing different puzzle games into a better one. Mixing advanced sections of different Bejeweled games, we have Bejeweled Hurricane!
Unique Design
Chain System
Mixing original Bejeweled games to recreate a new one is good, but not good enough. Adding a unique and interesting system makes it better. Twisting mechanic allows "bad move" that do not cancel any gemstones. In order to limiting players from doing "bad move", bomb gemstones and doom gemstones are added to the game. Consequently, player needs powerful gemstones to destroy these obstacles. In traditional Bejeweled series, fire gemstones, lightening gemstones and power cubes are used. I don't like these design in Bejeweled Twist because these special gemstones can be created early and saved for later. As a result, "bad move" doesn't matter once you have enough of them. To make every step counts, I design a chain system that triggers blaster effects if player can match gemstones with same color consequently. Cascades may break the chain, so players need to be careful while making every decision.

There are three chain bonuses:
Flame Blast: blast a 2x2 area
Ice Storm: blast a 3x3 area
X-treme Hurricane: blast two crossing line of areas
